Sr Medical Technologist - 2 Positions
Job Details: 
Full Time, Days
Job Description: 
Performs various Laboratory tests to obtain medical data for the diagnosis and treatment of patients; evaluate the status of instruments and assist in maintaining them in proper working order.
Job Requirements: 
Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology and limited permit or NYS Licensure required. One year of clinical Laboratory experience preferred.
CT Tech
Job Details: 
Part Time and Per Diem, Various Shifts
Job Description: 
Produce computerized tomographic scanner radiographs of designated anatomical areas as ordered/directed, according to established practices and procedures. Provide coverage in Radiology as needed.
Job Requirements: 
Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology. New York State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist and current ARRT certification in X-ray or ARRT CT certification required. Minimum of one year Radiologic Technology with familiarity in CT terminology and procedures. On-the-job training.
Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Job Description: 
In collaboration with the Clinic Psychiatrist, assist in the diagnostic management and treatment of patients of the mental health clinic.
Job Requirements: 
Graduation from an approved Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner program. Must be licensed and registered to practice in New York State and Board Certification required.
Ambulatory Tech-Radiology
Job Details: 
Full Time, Days
Job Description: 
Performs clinical and technical functions to support, technical staff with patient care activities for MRI. Participates with coordinating workflow in order to maintain efficient and safe patient care/operation. Conducts self in a manner that is conducive to teamwork within the area of Imaging and MRI.
Job Requirements: 
Experience in a patient care setting or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Knowledge of Diagnostic Imaging or medical terminology and procedures is preferred. Challenges and maintains Level II MRI safety training as outlined by the UR Imaging MRI safety policy. Computer experience is preferred. Effective communication skills.
Psychiatric Assessment Officer - Mental Health/ER
Job Details: 
Full Time, Days
Job Description: 
Provides mental health evaluations, crisis intervention, milieu management and dispositional planning for patients needing assessment and interventions. To perform emergency mental health evaluations, to make emergency interventions and act as a patient advocate in conjunction with Psychiatrist on Call, ED Physicians, and ED Nursing Staff. Plays a pivotal role in coordinating emergency care and disposition involving a wide variety of community services.
Job Requirements: 
Masters or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology or other related human services field that provides licensure or certification consistent with OMH guidelines for a qualified health professional (QHP). Capacity to manage stressful situations, problem solve quickly and react appropriately during psychiatric emergencies. Capacity to prioritize work expectations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred candidates with at least 2 years of mental health clinical experience and/or experience doing crisis stabilization. Valid NYS Driver License is required.
