Community Outreach Assistant
Job Details: 
Full Time, Days
Job Description: 
Under minimal supervision perform and oversee all secretarial support services for the Noyes First Steps, Doabetes Education, Caregiver Resource Center, and Volunteer programs. Manage the smooth and efficient operation of all office functions. Function as department receptionist and program liasom when program managers are not available. Manage all billing/coding procedures for NFS and BABE classes. Support Lifeline home visit service call needs.
Job Requirements: 
Associates Degree plus one year business school or equivalent in experience required. Valid NYS Drivers License required. One year secretarial with medical terminology. Strong computer skills: word processing and database management required. Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Access, and Publisher preferred. Billing experience preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with experience in problem solving and crisis intervention in a Human Services setting preferred. Demonstrated ability to function independently using sound judgement and decision making. Self starter with attention to detail.
Secretary/Registrar - Dansville Family Practice

Job Description: 
Under the direction of the Physician Practice Manager or designee, performs clerical/registration duties at the Physician Practice.
Job Requirements: 
High school diploma or equivalent required. Business/Computer courses preferred. Basic knowledge of medical terminology required. Must have a valid NYS drivers license and be willing to float to any of the Hospital owned Physician Practices. Secretarial experience preferred with typing/keyboarding skills required. Computer experience required with experience in Microsoft Office Word and Excel, ECW and Meditech preferred.
Secretary/Registrar - Ortho Practice

Job Description: 
Under the direction of the Physician Practice Manager or designee, coordinates the clerical duties of the Orthopaedic Office. Registers and schedules the Orthopaedic patients for appointments and procedures.
Job Requirements: 
High school diploma or equivalent required. Business/Computer courses preferred. Basic knowledge of medical terminology required. Secretarial experience preferred with typing/keyboarding skills required. Computer experience required with experience in Microsoft Office Word and Excel and Meditech preferred.
